In this showhome, we've brought the essence of the West Coast to Spruce Grove through our West Coast Contemporary design. This style infuses the suburban setting with the post and beam aesthetic, creating a sense of warmth and grandeur. By extending the fireplace wood detail onto the ceiling, we've enhanced the feeling of coziness and elegance. The color palette consists of contrasting neutrals, maintaining a cozy atmosphere without being too stark. Additionally, the basement is designed to capture the dynamic of cozy family movie nights, offering a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation and entertainment.
